The approach is not to focus on calories, carbs, fats, or proteins. Eating healthy is not about dietary restrictions or losing weight. Instead, it’s about bringing out your love for healthy food, improving your energy and bringing back the fun into the kitchen. Together we can work on creating a happy and healthy lifestyle that is flexible, fun and rewarding. We will work on reaching your health goals such as, achieving your goal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy.

Here are some of the concepts that we will explore during our work together:

  • Bio-individuality™:  Bio-individuality means each person needs a unique diet that works for them. One person's food is another person's poison.  It’s important to eat what’s best for your unique body.

  • Primary Food™:  Primary food is more than just “what is on your plate.” Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, physical activity and spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” become balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.

Integrative Nutrition Plate™:  The Integrative Nutrition® food plate includes your unique bio-individual diet – the balance of high quality vegetables, fruits, grains, proteins, healthy fats, and water. This is paired with your primary food – the lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality.

Together we will create a guide that is based on your precise needs and tastes in order for you to achieve your overarching goals.
